Because “good enough” should never be good enough. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, former collegiate soccer player, and multiple knee surgery survivor who understands recovery from both sides of the treatment table. My journey began early, inspired by my stepdad — a retired NYC police detective and lifelong racer who introduced me to both speed and injury. Years later, during my own 9-month ACL rehabilitation, I realized something powerful: It was my surgeon who repaired my knee. It was my physical therapist who gave me my identity back. That distinction defines how I practice today.
At AMW Physical Therapy, every visit is one-on-one. No aides. No rushed sessions. No assembly-line care. I specialize in sports and active lifestyle physical therapy, helping runners, lifters, parents, and driven individuals recover from injury, rebuild strength, and return stronger. In addition to AMW, I founded The Racers Physio, working with motorsports athletes across the country. Growing up around racing taught me that small inefficiencies create big consequences at high speed — and the same applies to the human body. Whether you compete at 200 mph or simply want to stay active without pain, you don’t need to be a professional athlete to receive professional-level care. Pain relief is just the starting line. Strength, resilience, and confidence are the goal.
When I’m not treating patients or traveling to race tracks, I’m with my husband, our daughter, and our two dogs. I’m an animal lover with a palate for good coffee and great wine — and you’ll usually find me in the gym practicing what I preach. Staying active isn’t just what I help others do — it’s how I live my life. If you choose to work with me, know this: You are not a diagnosis. You are not a time slot. You are not “good enough.” My focus is you — and my commitment is helping you recover, rebuild, and return stronger.
