How do I schedule an appointment?

All sessions are by appointment only. You can book by filling out our online request form, calling 845-244-1418, or emailing info@mediumseagreen-cobra-367758.hostingersite.com .

How can I check my out-of-network coverage?

Call your insurance company and ask: Do I have outpatient, out-of-network benefits for physical therapy? Do I have an out-of-network deductible, and has it been met? What percentage of the visit will be reimbursed once the deductible is met?

Do you take insurance?

AMW Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider. We do not contract with insurance companies so we can deliver one-on-one, personalized care without time limits. We gladly accept HSA and FSA payments.

Do I need a prescription or referral?

In New York you can begin physical therapy without a prescription. This “direct access” saves time and often lowers costs. If imaging or a physician visit is needed, our therapists will guide you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full session fee.

How often will I need to come?

Visit frequency is determined during your initial evaluation. Because we provide one-on-one sessions and teach you exercises to do at home, most clients require fewer visits than typical insurance-based models.

Where are sessions conducted?

We offer in-clinic, virtual, and concierge in-home services. Our team can help you choose the option that best fits your needs.
